For being organized it makes the most sense to have the first big section for quarters, then the little section for dimes, then a big section for nickels, then a big section for pennies as then the change is organized from largest denomination to smallest denomination and it also means that the little section is used for the type of change that is the littlest in psychical-size which dimes.

1 use for it is to bring it in a store in your pocket or purse and then pay with exact change and since the change is organized it would save you time as well as the time of the cashier and the people behind you. Another use is have it in your car if you use drive-throughs and get the change ready while you wait and pay with exact change in a way that saves you time. Another option is just use the 3 big sections for quarters and not use the little section and then it would be great for coin-operated laundry machines, arcade videogame machines, parking meters, and slot machines as it would keep your quarters organized and if you wanted to pay parking meters with dimes too then you could also use the little section for dimes.

The change shown in the picture is not included and is just there for reference and is shown all showing the front-side of the change and with it arranged straight but for actual use while it’s good to be organized it doesn’t make any sense to arrange change all showing the front-side and with it arranged straight as it always “spends the same” no matter how it’s arranged.
